With a solid foundation working in the real estate industry, Client Collective’s founder, Shontelle Gregory-Hunt, noticed a recurring theme when auditing real estate agency CRM’s; millions of dollars in revenue was being missed due to a lapse in regular client communication. Realising this was an area of huge potential for real estate agencies to increase profits, Shontelle started Client Collective.
